In 2017 she was just someone on a smoothie diet, searching for a healthier way to fuel her body. Back in Boston, she couldn't find a local spot — so she built one from scratch.
Three flavors. Sample cups. A folding table in Mattapan. She begged people to take a sip. One sale turned into $50, then $100, then enough to leave her 9-to-5. COVID took her space. She rebuilt. Now? Two Boston locations and a community that has her back.
